Mentoring Program
Our (STAV Foundation)is a before and after school youth mentoring program.
Our Mission is to offer youth, and youth that has already been identified as at-risk, opportunities to work with trained caring mentors to improve their ability to develop a positive attitude toward their future.
Our Goal is to help our youth face daily challenges, promote strong interpersonal skills, improve self-esteem and proper decision-making skills.
STAV Foundation will create an artistic learning environment that will be a valuable resource for young people throughout the community. We will give students support, guidance, and a chance to bring out their artistic side through photography, music production, art, Djing.
Our Summer Camp offers all four programs plus fitness and health.
ADDITION TO S.T.A.V CORPORATION
M.E.L.T
M.E.L.T (Manifest Elevation Live Tranqutility) is designed for youth, this program is set up as units that focus on specific conflict resolution skills such as remaining calm, using “I” statement, and finding compromises. Throughout this part of program students participate in interactive activities and practice their newfound skills in real-life scenarios.
The heart of violence prevention is teaching alternatives to the use of demands and threats as a means of getting what we want. This program does just that! The social behavior of any child shapes their future, and this part our program helps ensure that children learn how to become well-rounded and emotionally intelligent individuals.
This part of the program teaches specific reflective thinking techniques, that promotes self-control, stop bullying, and interrupt impulsive acts.
By using these techniques, children learn to understand their own emotions and regulate their responses to various situation, which are critical factors that can impact their future lives.

S.T.A.V currently are networking with Baltimore County school systems, building vital thriving partnerships with school systems in the Maryland areas. Our goal is building bridges for lasting solutions for youth in our communities.
